Beef
Our beef is 100% grass fed because it is better for you and for the environment. Our grass fed practices allow us to graze the land and still qualify to become Minnesota Ag Water Quality Certified and qualify for Grazed On Audubon Certified Bird Friendly Land. We know you will taste the difference and the grass loving wildlife appreciate our grazing practices too. Contact us to be placed on list for future beef.

Eggs
Our Chickens are allowed fresh pasture daily and fed no corn, no soy, non-GMO feed. We offer feed free choice, but notice the birds are far more interested in eating grass and bugs in the summer time. We think you will love our eggs, the yolks are dark yellow, sit high in the pan, and taste delicious.

Hogg's Hen Houses (Rent-a-Chicken)
Bring the farm to your backyard! Keeping egg-laying chickens in your yard is a great way to get to know these interesting creatures and have easy access to farm-fresh eggs. We’ll set you up with everything you need: a coop, feed, feeder, waterer, bedding and two or three laying hens.
2 chickens: $550/season
3 chickens $600/season

Log-Grown Shiitake Mushrooms
We harvest oak logs from our land and inoculate them ourselves to grow shiitake mushrooms. Shiitakes are a versatile mushroom with a meaty texture and delicious earthy flavor. They’re perfect in pasta, on pizza, as a side dish and more!
